What’s changing

Skyline is moving to a new digital banking platform that will bring personal and business banking together with one login and one mobile app.

Important Dates

Here’s what to expect leading up to October 19.

October 16 · 6:00 AM ET

Bill Pay
Unavailable

Bill pay will be disabled. Schedule payments before 6:00 AM to be processed in the current system.

October 16 · 5:00 PM ET

Online & Mobile Banking Unavailable

Personal Online and Mobile Banking will be disabled beginning at 5:00 PM.

October 19 · 8:00 AM ET

New Digital Banking
Goes Live

Log in to the new system using your current username and password.

Before October 16

A few things to know before we move to the new digital banking system.

Confirm Contact Info

Make sure we have your current phone number and email address on file before October 16.

Know Your Login

Have your current username and password ready for your first login to the new system.

Mobile Banking

If you use Face ID or fingerprint login, you’ll need to set it up again in the new app.

Bill Pay

Review your payee information and make note of current payees and account numbers.

Internal Transfers

Scheduled and recurring transfers will not carry over. Make note of them before October 16.

Business Banking Customers

What Will Transfer

Most account information will be available in the new system, including transaction history, Bill Pay payee information, scheduled payments, and settings for eStatements, Merchant Deposits, and Positive Pay.

ACH, Internal & Wire Transfers

Scheduled and recurring transfers, along with related history, will not carry over. Make note of current settings, templates, and history before October 16 at 5:00 PM ET.

New Mobile Banking App

Business Customers will use the new mobile banking app beginning October 19. The current Business Mobile Banking app will no longer be available after the upgrade.

Enhanced Payment & Invoicing Solution

Beginning October 19, a new payment and invoicing solution will replace the current Business Bill Pay system. Existing payees, payment history, scheduled and recurring payments, and eBills will transfer to the new solution. 

Quicken/QuickBooks Users

After the new system goes live, deactivate your existing connection and establish a new connection with the new system.

Frequently Asked Questions

The new digital banking platform will go live on October 19, 2026. Online and mobile banking access may be temporarily unavailable during the early morning hours as we complete the transition.

Yes. Bill Pay will be unavailable beginning October 16 at 6:00 AM ET, and Online and Mobile Banking will be unavailable beginning October 16 at 5:00 PM ET.

No. Existing Online and Mobile Banking customers will use their current username and password to log in to the new system.

Yes. Most customers will continue using their current username and password for their first login.

The new platform includes enhanced identity verification. After entering your login credentials, you may be asked to verify your identity with a one-time passcode.

The passcode may be delivered by text message, email, or phone call, so it’s important that we have your current contact information on file.

Yes. A new mobile banking app will be available when the upgraded platform launches.

The new app will be available when the new digital banking platform goes live on October 19.

Not yet. We recommend keeping your current app until the upgrade is complete.

Yes, but you will need to set up biometrics again in the new mobile app after your first login. .

No changes to account numbers are expected as part of the digital banking upgrade.

Yes. Your debit card will continue to work during the digital banking upgrade.

No. Direct deposits are not expected to be affected by the digital banking upgrade.

Existing Bill Pay information, including payees and scheduled payments, will transfer to the new system. Business customers will move to the new payment and invoicing solution.

Scheduled and recurring internal transfers will not transfer. Please make note of them before October 16 so they can be recreated in the new system.

Confirm your phone number and email address, make sure you know your username and password, review Bill Pay information, and make note of any scheduled or recurring transfers that will need to be recreated.

No. Most customers will be able to complete the transition without visiting a branch. If you need assistance, please contact us.

Business Banking FAQs

No. Personal and business banking customers will access one digital banking platform.

No. Personal and business customers will use the same new mobile banking app.

Yes. Most users should continue using their existing credentials for their first login.

Please review all ACH templates after the upgrade. Certain ACH information may need to be recreated.

Recurring ACH batches will not transfer to the new system. Customers should review and recreate future-dated ACH transactions as needed.

No. Wire templates and recurring wire instructions will not transfer to the new system. Please save any information you may need before the upgrade.

Yes, but additional registration or activation steps may be required after your first login.

Yes. Both services will remain available after the upgrade.

Yes, but you may need to establish a new connection after the new system goes live.

Review your ACH activity, wire templates, Positive Pay settings, Merchant Services, authorized users, and contact information.
